Brand's DBX neck brace scoops prize at forthcoming Bike Expo

Leatt bags ISPO award

Protection brand Leatt, recently picked up by Hotlines, has won an award for its cycle-specific DBX neck brace.

The brace, designed for BMX and downhill mountain bike riders, walked away with the ISPO BrandNew Award in the Protection Category. The prize is to be presented at the forthcoming Munich Bike Expo from July 22nd to 25th.

The award is not the first for the firm, which has picked up a slew of prizes in the motorcycle industry for its GPX neck brace.

According to the firm the ISPO award is down to ongoing research in Leatt’s Lab in Cape Town, South Africa, alongside feedback from top riders like Downhill Mountain Biking World Champion Sam Hill and rising international BMX star Sifiso Nhlapo.
