Lime has launched its Lime-E electric assist bikes in London.
Londoners in Brent and Ealing can now use the fleet of bikes, giving them a “more accessible and emission-free way to get around the city”.
This follows the launch in Milton Keynes last week, which was the first fleet of Lime-E electric-assist bikes to arrive in the UK.
Jaanaki Momaya, general manager of Lime UK, said: “We’re excited to usher in a new era of smart urban mobility in London.
“Our local operations team is working hand-in-hand with city officials to ensure that Lime fits seamlessly into London’s robust transportation network.”
The e-assist bikes cost £1 to unlock and 15p per minute to ride.
