Distributor Madison has introduced Electronic Invoicing to its range of dealer services.
Retail customers can now register to have their Madison invoices sent to them electronically each day.
Rather than having to search a delivery for an invoice you can have it in your hands before the delivery even arrives, Madison explained.
• Invoices will be sent in a PDF format.
• Dealers will receive one e-mail per invoice.
• E-mails will be sent daily at approx 10:00 pm.
• E-mails will be sent to the ‘Accounts Email’ address.
Retailers can check their ‘Accounts Email’ address by clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab when logged into www.madisonb2b.co.uk
To register for this service retailers should e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org quoting their Madison account number and the text "Please send daily invoices".
