Matt Rudd, former London development manager of Cycle Republic, has been promoted to area manager with the primary objective to assist MD Peter Kimberley in developing the growth strategy of the store group.
Rudd has worked with Cycle Republic for tne months and has been an integral part of the team involved in establishing the brand and making the London stores a success, the firm said. His new role will see him apply his knowledge and experience in the capital to open further UK stores in the coming year. Prior to that Rudd worked at Evans Cycles.
There are currently seven Cycle Republic stores operating in the UK with additional shops scheduled to open later this year and futher plans to increase the portfolio in 2016.
