TA+TOO is a customisable set of saddles with an interchangeable top

Modular urban saddle will help prevent theft, says Selle Royal

Selle Royal has launched TA+TOO, a range of customisable saddles crafted for urban cyclists.

The Red Dot Design awarded construction uses an attachment system so that saddle can be removed easily which – Selle Royal said – decreases the chance of bike theft and vandalism as well as bad weather damage.

The TA+TOO is padded with 3D skingel – able to absorb shocks 40 per cent better than other padding materials, the brand claims – designed with a smooth shape ideal for urban bikes in and a moderate riding position.

Capitalising on customing cyclists, there are a number of colour options and designs which have been created by illustrators in a programme of collaborations throughout the year, with styles based around the themes of travel, wilderness, love and landscapes.

Selle Royal’s Monica Savio said: “We pride ourselves on offering our daily riders choice, TA+TOO boasts a highly advanced structure that really stands out from the crowd. TA+TOO is a modular system with a groundbreaking removable top thatprotects against theft, weather, and vandalism. It was specifically developed for those with limited bike storage, where cycling plays a daily role in their lives and riders wish to showcase their individuality. It goes where the rider goesand is the ultimate expression to match your style on and off the bike".
