75 Haro bikes to be available for riders using the new indoor BMX track

National BMX Centre teams up with Haro

The National Cycling Centre’s new £20 million BMX track is to feature a wide range of Haro bikes.

Moore Large will supply 75 Haro BMX bikes to the Centre, which will be hired out approximately 40,000 times a year at the indoor BMX track, one of only a handful in the world and the only indoor BMX track in the country.

Visitors – including elite riders from around the world, local Manchester school children and keen BMX riders – can expect to see a large selection of Haro Bikes BMX Race models, including Mini, Junior, Expert, Top AM, Pro XL and Pro 24, along with the Haro 118 and 300.1 models from the freestyle range.

The National Cycling Centre was significantly revamped and expanded with the new BMX track, as well as new purpose-built offices for British Cycling.

“When I first heard about this track I really wanted to be involved,” explained Haro brand manager Adam Garner. “Fortunately for us Sam Foakes gave us the opportunity to provide the bikes they needed. I’m really excited to be involved in this project and with it brings a fantastic marketing opportunity for the Haro Bikes brand and all the local Haro dealers to the track, who will benefit from the exposure.

"Expect to see Haro Bikes riders Grant Hill (Elite Men) and Dan Pullen (Junior Men) at the track, they are both on British Cycling Talent Team and will be using the facilities to train.”

As recently revealed on BikeBiz, Moore Large-distributed brands – Lake and Limar – will be used on the Velodrome track.
