Firm closes direct-to-consumer transactional site; Third 2012 model announced too

NeilPryde launches dealer-only sales model

NeilPryde Bikes has switched off its online direct sales model after establishing its dealer network.

The brand – carried by four bike retailers in the UK – was previously selling direct to customers via its website. NeilPryde Bikes’ transactional site has now been taken down, as of September 16th.

Vita Cycles, RideBike in Poole, Wildside Cycles in Tunbridge Wells and Prestige Cycles in Hove carry NeilPryde Bikes in the UK. The firm is interested in talking to other dealers as it seeks to continue to expand its UK presence. Interested dealers should contact the firm here.

At Interbike earlier in the month NeilPryde launched its third new model for 2012 – the Bayamo. It is UCI compliant, comes in two versions and joins the Alize and Diablo bike models. There’s more info on the NeilPryde site.
