The Association of Cycle Traders (ACT) will be moving offices between today (Friday 2nd) and Monday 5th October so those trying to get in contact should be aware that from 2pm Friday there will be disruptions and they may not be able to contact a member of the ACT team via phone or email.
Those aiming to speak with a member of the team are advised to get in contact before Friday afternoon, otherwise your query may wait until Monday. Normal service will be resumed ASAP, BikeBiz is advised.
The ACT said: "If your query is urgent and you cannot get through by phone please email email@example.com and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible."
ACT members requiring the legal helpline helpline number or a reminder of their log in details for the website shoudl head online on those links.
From Monday October 5th the ACT’s phone number will be 01273 427 700. The PO Box postal address will remain the same as will all email addresses. Dealers can also chat with ACT for free using Skype between 9am and 5pm on weekdays.
