Yesterday, the online BikeBizBible was deleted and repopulated with a clean new database. Included in the 3539 address list are contact details for the new national velodrome of Wales; the relocation details for Reevu Ltd, the mirror-in-a-helmet maker; and hundreds of name changes suggested by companies mailed with the B3 info-update sheet. But time moves on, check the database to see if your details are listed correctly. The print version goes to print as soon as this final data-check has been completed.

Out of 3539 addresses, how many are still wonky?

Yes, the print B3 is late. But it’s going to be bang-up-to-date. With your help, that is. Please check to see we have your details bang on.

As well as address details, we need distributors to check the brand name index. You don’t have to check brand-by-brand, the pull down menu allows users to create a list of all the brands any one company supplies.

When the printed info-request sheets were sent out earlier this year, recipients had to return them to confirm their address details. Those that returned the forms will be highlighted in the print BikeBizBible as ‘verified’ addresses.

The book will be sent free-of-charge to IBD recipients of BicycleBusiness, and mag/book advertisers. So, just under 2000 IBDs and companies will be getting a fat little Christmas present from Newcastle. All other individuals and businesses have to stump up £25 per copy and can do so via PayPal on the B3 link, or by sending cheques.
