One of the main shareholders in the publishing company behind Bikemagic, Roadcyclinguk, Shecycles.com and a variety of other leisure websites, as well as designer of leading bike shop websites, will neither confirm nor deny that there's to be a story in this weekend's Sunday Telegraph reporting the sale of Magicalia Ltd. UPDATE: News short in the Sunday Telegraph confirms this story from Friday...Exponent, a private equity firm, has bought Magicalia for £13m.
