It's been known for some time that the European Twowheel Retailers Association is opposed to the position of the European Bicycle Manufacturers' Association on bicycles imported from Vietnam but the organisation has now codified its opposition in an official presentation to the European Commission which is currently investigating 'dumping' complaints lodged by EBMA.
