The UK's bicycle levy scheme - now known as Bike Hub and with red artwork available for letterheads, invoices, mastheads and business cards - has been a cash-levering success even before its October 1st kick-off. Because most UK bicycle companies are participating in the levy, the Department of Transport released £1m for the marketing of cycling.
