Silverfish UK, distributor of brands such as Easton, Yeti, Mondraker, Race Face, EVOC, Onza and Knog, has expanded its warranty team following the appointment of Paul Hooper as warranty manager in April.
Hooper developed his relevant expertise in operations and logistics management in the video games industry working with Rockstar Games; he spent the last seven years as a professional cycle fitter and committed amateur racer.

The new warranty manager has recently added to his team with the appointment of Ben Moore, who joins Silverfish as technical and warranty advisor. Moore has been in the cycle trade for ten years and brings a depth of knowledge with him having previously worked for the distributor Hotlines, and most recently the Specialized Concept Store group Certini.
