Pete Gordon recruited to help grow dealer network

Singlespeed brand Mango Bikes brings in new trade sales manager

Joining Mango Bikes as trade sales manager is Pete Gordon.

Gordon is already out on the road with demo bikesand has been involved with Mango since its birth out of Swansea University, student flat neighbour of directors Jezz Skelton and Ben Harrison, helping spread the Mango word. An active cyclist, Gordon has been part of the university cycle club and since has entered all things road from summer triathlon series to winter Cotswold Sportives. The resident Strava geek at Mango HB Pete loves a hill climb and has famous climbs Alp D’huez and Mont Ventoux in his sights for 2015!

Building on the success of their online sales Mango Bikes is looking to grow its dealer network. Complete bikes are available to stockists with a custom programme. The firm recently introduced their first 18 speed geared bikes.

“We’re really excited about launching to trade," said Jezz Skelton, Mango Bikes co-owner. "Customers are constantly asking us if they can buy Mango Bikes from their local dealer and now Pete is making that happen. Our bikes appeal to all types of riders and the feedback we’ve had through Pete so far from buyers and dealers he’s taking on board has been amazing. You don’t realise the quality and finish of a Mango Bike compared with competitors until you see it in the flesh. We can’t wait to have a full network of dealers across the country selling our bikes, growing the business and growing the brand."
