PM has £120m in soft loans to give away

Tony Blair announced the soft loan help today. It will be done via an extension of the Small Firms Loan Guarantee Scheme organised by the the Department of Trade and Industry.

The PM also announced a new £6 million promotional campaign, organised in conjunction with the British Tourist Authority and the English Tourist Council, designed to promote the Britain is open theme.
