Subtly reflective badges and Christmas cards for cyclists launched

I say, SpotMe reveals new Ding Dong designs

Following SpotMe’s reflective bike badges for Valentine’s Day, the brand has released new designs for the Olympics and a festive, double entendre-sporting, ‘Ding Dong’ design.

The ‘Patriot’ is a three-badge set in red, white and blue, with a nod to the forthcoming London 2012 Games. The 25mm badges function in the same way as the silver reflective fabric more commonly used, providing a subtle way of wearing reflectivity (RRP £7.50).

‘Ding Dong’ is bigger (oo-er) at 38mm, with two badges in the set for RRP £10.

SpotMe has also produced a range of greeting cards for cyclists, featuring a hand drawn bicycle with a SpotMe reflective badge pinned to the front wheel. For Christmas 2011 the illustration is embossed and foil printed in a festive metallic red on a 270 gsm white card, with red envelope.

The card, which retails at £4.90 each, is launching an ongoing series of cycle-themed cards, for birthdays and other occasions.

SpotMe was founded 18 months ago by visual artist Katie Barton.
