Propello launches, offers free training programme for sportive riders

Propello, a cycle training business run by ABCC Level 3 trained coach Rob Wakefield, is offering an exclusive free six week training programme for anyone who is preparing for a 50-100 mile event until the end of August 2015.

The personalised programmes are delivered across three levels – Debut, Sportive and Super Sportive and combine static and road training:

Debut: If you are a cyclist looking to start a more structured cycling plan, the ‘Propello Debut Training Programme’ can improve fitness by 25% in the first year of training.

Sportive: For the more advanced cyclist who has some experience in structured cycling but wants a challenge, the ‘Propello Sportive Training Programme’ is perfect for you. It can help take 30 minutes off your 100km time in the first year of training.

Super Sportive: The ‘Propello Super Sportive Training Programme’ is designed for the more experienced cyclist, who spends an average of 8 hours per week training and riding. This programme will enable you to compete in any major cycle sportives in the world.

Rob Wakefield, ABCC Level 3 Coach said: “Whether you are new to cycling, looking to beat your personal best or training for an event, our tailored programmes have been designed to suit cyclists of all abilities who are interested in training. Cycling is our passion and is a great way to improve health, fitness and wellbeing. Our structured training has seen our clients achieve some great results so far and we’re excited to help more cyclists become stronger athletes.”

In addition, Wakefield also runs bespoke guided tours on the stunning Exmoor National Park where Propello is based. These unique cycle tours will take you through some of the UK’s finest landscapes, from woodlands to waterfalls, offering an ideal weekend getaway for any cyclist. Propello offers four types of guided routes to suit each person’s individual requirements, so all you need to do is enjoy the ride and soak up the scenery.
