Andrews was technical editor of Mountain Biker International magazine for four years before becoming editor at the no-longer-published Cycling Today. He is the author of ‘A Rough Guide to Cycling in London’ and most recently he worked on Dorling Kindersley’s ‘Complete Bike Book’ project as a technical consultant for photo shoots in Switzerland and Tuscany.
Andrews has also run his own PR agency, Pressure PR, which wrote press releases and produced catalogue copy for Madison, Jim Walker and Trek.
