Renovo is using Sea Otter to launch an entirely new branch of the brand; the Renovo Racing Development.
The new branch will be entirely dedicated to racing, starting with the release of the BadAsh 29er HardTail XC marathon race bike.
The BadAsh’s fully-hybrid wood and carbon fiber construction incorporates carbon laminates throughout the frame for added stiffness, while retaining the vibration-killing properties of wood. It delivers equal portions of dampening, stiffness and composed handling.
The BadAsh XC Marathon Racer is the first frame in the RRD project and was specifically designed over the past two years by Renovo engineers to excel in races with its lighter, smoother and more efficient shock absorption technologies.
The BadAsh comes in two build options, both of which are equipped with FOX Factory 32 Float SC 100mm forks, internally routed dropper posts, and the ability to mount two water bottle cages.
