Sögreni was founded in 1981 by Søren Gregers Nielson. The company started by producing stylish, one-of-a-kind bicycles (a wooden bike is on the way) but now produces cycle accessories as well as Conran-esque kitchen goods and street furniture. Neilson was Danish Designer of the Year in 2002.

Amba’s brand portfolio expands to include Danish P&A

Ruth Casson’s Amba will be sole UK distributor for Sögreni’s eclectic mix of wooden mudguards, leather grips and mud flaps, flat bells, pin lights and a trouser clip.

All of the products are supplied in wooden boxes, rustically protected by a bed of wood shavings.

"We will have stock ready for the Christmas market where these items will no doubt be ideal for the consumer who has everything for his or her bike," said Casson.
