Cycling goods search engine Bikmo has parntered with Bike Rental Manager in a move that will see the pair share a database to benefit those running rental schemes.

David George, Bikmo Founder explains: “We’re delighted to be working alongside the only dedicated bike rental system in the market, and being able to use our data across the seven countries BRM operates in. We’ve spent a lot of time designing our system and database to be the leader in the field and this partnership is recognition of our efforts."

The partnership will see structured data from the Bikmo database used within the rental software, reducing upfront effort for any bicycle rental operator by allowing product data to be selected, rather than having to spend time manually inputing.

Doug Stoddart, Bike Rental Manager Founder added: “We’ve been looking for a data partner for some time to streamline the fleet management process within Bike Rental Manager. Bikmo have a great database and we’re working closely to tailor data requirements to our system. Their API will allow seamless transfer of data between our two systems. The result will be quicker fleet set-up and a more professional presentation to the end-user."

Bikmo continue their crowd funding campaign on the Seedrs website after securing early stage investors. find out more about the crowdfunding proposal here.

Bikmo welcomes any further interest in their database, which can be utilised within EPOS and E-commerce systems. Please visit bikmo.com or contact David at dave@bikmo.com.

Bike Rental manager is in its 4th year of operation and in 2014 is aiming to double the £1m rentals processed in 2013. For any further information, please visit or contact Doug on doug@bikerentalmanager.com.
