Following his recent MBE, Bob Chicken has told BikeBiz that he aspires to publish a second biography instalment with a view to a January 2010 launch.
Graeme Fife is once again penning the book on Chicken’s behalf. It was also confirmed that a publisher would be appointed this time around.
In a conversation with BikeBiz, Chicken said: "In this follow up edition I shall disclose a bit more nitty gritty detail about my life within the industry which i have loved every minutre working within. There will also be chapters on my life in Madeira."
Chicken also spoke of his work toward organising a race in Madeira, which has plenty of mountainous routes to navigate. A sponsorship partner has been confirmed should the race come to fruition.
His first book – titled A Passion For The Bike – is still available in all good book shops and via Chicken Cyclekit.
