Car firm gives cash to Sustrans

The car manufacturer also wants to get more of its employees riding bikes to and from work so is seeking to add spurs from its factories directly to the National Cycle Network.

Jaguar is also researching car design with the aim of reducing the severity of injuries sustained by cyclists and pedestrians involved in road accidents.
