Tour fans writing in the Highbury-Cabal produced guide include Alastair Campbell, the PM's former spin-doctor; golfing superstar Sevvy Ballesteros and former England football captain, Tony Adams. The officially licensed guide is out in mid-June.

Celebs contribute to Eurosport’s Official Tour de France Guide

Licensed to the editorial team that produces Procycling magazine, theOfficial Guide provides detailed

background information for three weeks of Tour-watching, either at the roadside in France or from an armchair in front of the TV.

Much of the editoria has come direct from Tour HQ in Paris.

"As the only UK magazine to get an exclusive and previously unpublished interview with Tour superstar Lance Armstrong, and an exclusive interview with his deadly rival, Jan Ullrich of Germany, the Official Guide perfectly

complements Eurosport TV’s live coverage of the race," said Procycling editor Jeremy Whittle, who is also the cycling correspondent for London’s The Times.

The guide goes on sale on June 10th and will be supported by 100 promo slots on Eurosport.
