Christmas comes early for Merry

Russell Merry of Mongoose UK importer Hot Wheels faxed us with the news this morning, just an hour after he received the news from Mark Noble of 4130 Publishing, publishers of Ride BMX.

There were close on 1000 entries, Noble told BikeBiz. Mongoose cleared 31.4 percent of the vote, an increase from last years poll topping result.

Merry is choked Mongoose is so well loved: Almost a third of Ride readers think Mongoose is the coolest brand of BMX on earth! Mongoose dealers should see great sales through the summer and running through this Christmas.

The result will be made public in the August/September issue of Ride BMX, available at the end of July.

2nd Hoffman – 11.75 percent

3rd Haro – 9.84 percent

4th Standard – 6.66 percent

5th GT – 5.39 percent
