Crabtree’s owner makes losses

Turnover fell to 34.5 million pounds from 37.1 million. The operating loss before goodwill and exceptional items was 44,000 pounds, down from a profit of 539,000 pounds.

The loss per share increased to 3.2 pence from 1.3.

Gearing decreased to 129 percent from 220 percent at the end of last year by the generation of cash of 6.8 million pounds.

Actionleisure PLC has other divisions, aside from the Crabtree division.
