Jeff McGuane, president global of Dorel’s Cycling Sports Group has resigned ahead of this weekend’s GT and Cannondale national dealers’ meeting in Deer Valley, Utah.
McGuane was formerly president of CSG North America. He has spent most of his professional career with Cannondale having started with the company as a credit manager in 1994.
As yet Dorel has made no official statement on McGuane’s resignation. Earlier this month Dorel blamed poor weather in Europe and the US for poor results and laid-off 50 staff. Prior to that Dorel’s CSG had been consistently profitable.
