Cycle Republic goes for number 19 in Canary Wharf

Cycle Republic is set to open the doors to their newest flagship shop in Canary Wharf later this month.

The launch will mark the company’s nineteenth shop to open in just over two years; the eighth within London.

The new store will be situated in the heart of the financial district of Canary Wharf at 20 Canada Square. Boasting over 3,000 square feet of retail space across two floors, the retailer will stock over 120 bikes and thousands of cycle accessories. There will also be a fully equipped, dedicated workshop in store providing same day bike servicing and repairs.

To celebrate the opening, double Olympic and nine-time World Champion Victoria Pendleton CBE will be in attendance. Customers will be able to meet the former British track cyclist after the official opening at 12pm. There will also be over £2000 worth of prizes, including clothing, luggage and accessories, given away to the first thirty customers through the doors.

Commenting on the opening, Cycle Republic managing director Peter Kimberley stated: “Opening a new flagship shop in Canary Wharf is perfectly aligned with our growth plans for Cycle Republic. I’m delighted we have such a fantastic location in one of the city’s most iconic business destinations. We are excited to bring such an incredible range of award winning cycle brands and an unparalleled workshop experience to the cyclists of our capital city!”

Cycle Republic Canary Wharf will officially open on Thursday, December 14th, at 12pm. There will be opening offers of ten per cent off of all bikes and 20 per cent off of all parts, accessories and clothing until Friday, December 22nd.
