And we can sometimes track this ourselves because when we take Box No adverts we are soon deluged with emails to forward on. OK, so deluged is perhaps an overstatement, but we’ve seen 50+ applications for some of the sexier jobs we carry online.
Geographically limiting ads will, naturally, see a much lower response but even here vacant positions can be filled in a matter of days.
