3,000+ sq ft shop launching next month at the key location in London

Cycle Surgery to open Waterloo Bridge store

Cycle Surgery has revealed its latest store opening will be on Waterloo Bridge, London at the end of April 2012.

Within eyesight of the Strand and the Aldwych, the 3,100 sq ft store is, the retailer said, ‘one of the most exciting Cycle Surgery stores we’ve opened’. The prime location is on a busy cycle route across the river Thames, as people use it through London and into the West End.

Naturally the new store is also a short walk for the millions of rail travellers who arrive in London via Charing Cross and Waterloo stations. The store will include a prominent street window display, the retailer said, designed to attract the many cyclists, runners and walkers that pass and stop on the north side of the bridge.

A spokesperson for Cycle Surgery said: "As the number of cyclists in London continues to grow, we’re pleased to be able to service their needs and offer them an exciting retail experience with a combination of Cycle Surgery and Runners Need in one store. The spacious store will provide ample room for our comprehensive range of commuter, road, mountain and folding bikes, and will showcase the latest products from the world’s premium bike brands.

"We always pride ourselves on our workshops and this one will use the latest tools and technology to service and maintain bikes for commuters and local residents alike, while customers will benefit from the expert technical advice our knowledgeable staff will be able to give to riders of any persuasion."

Runners Need will be incorporated in the store, offering a range of running products, advice and free gait analysis.
