The cycling media world – broadcasters, mags, websites and newspapers alike – came together last night for the inaugural Cycling Media Awards.
Hosted by Comedy Store regular Ian Moore, the event took place at the revamped Bloomsbury Ballroom and saw 12 prizes given out on the night.
Recipients ranged from the likes of Cyclist – which picked up two awards on the night – individual writers like MBUK’s Andrew Dodd and road.cc’s Matt Brett, The Times, ITV and Eurosport among others.
The evening included a special tribute to Steve Worland, and the Specialist Print Writer Award was named in his memory.
