Dealers at 2016’s Bike Place could end up on the track

Registration for 2016’s Bike Place show at Silverstone is now live for bike dealers. 

Like this year’s show in January, there will be competitions for attending dealers.

This year’s ‘Hot Laps’ competition, backed by Sea Sucker and Fisher, saw lucky bike dealers taken on three laps of the Silverstone circuit as a passenger in a Lotus track car driven by a pro racing driver.

The Winners were:

• Andrew Brown, Big Leap products
• David Anney, 2 Wheels Better
• Dan Dugind, Sigma Cycles
• Ian Watson, Cycleworld
• Charlie Grinham, Outdoor Adventure

A second competition of a prize draw for anyone who left behind their badge with prizes from a number of the exhibitors saw Gael Merlot of Lodge cycles win.
