Factory Media boosts RCUK with new managing editor

Timothy John has been appointed managing editor for Road Cycling UK.

Factory Media said the appointment is to supplement the strong team in place with a focus on delivering the highest quality content to those UK cyclists most passionate about performance.

John joins as a classically trained journalist with a background in regional papers and is a passionate road Cyclist. His role will include planning and content production with the wider team on the site, including editor Richard Hallett. John and Hallett will both report to Factory Media director James Carter.

"We are delighted to have Tim on board to help drive the focused approach to editorial excellence on RCUK," enthused Carter. "With this high quality extra resource in the team I feel confident we can continue to grow the site as the UK’s number one destination for those most passionate about performance road cycling.
