The 14th China International Bicycle & Motor Fair will be held from April 14th to 17th at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Under the theme 'Advance with Health', and covering a total space of 66,000 square metress across six halls and 3200 booths, the event will be a great place to see where all the steel, aluminium, carbon-fibre, rubber and plastics are going...

Go to where all the raw materials have gone…

It’s not just Chinese suppliers, though.

The fair has attracted approximately 900 exhibitors from Italy, Holland, France, Germany, Poland, Japan, Korea, India, and Hong Kong. The event is claiming to expect some 100,000 visitors.

Famous brand names with booths include Colnago of Italy, Shimano of Japan, and Zefal of France.

Kevin Zhou of Shanghai International Exhibition Co., Ltd. said:

"China is a big bicycle exporter. Organisers have achieved excellent results in past bicycle fairs by attracting international buyers from some 60 countries and regions worldwide. This time, exhibitors will include international buyers from more than 50 countries and regions including Japan, Korea, India, Cambodia, Portugal, Spain, Germany, France and Brazil. Therefore, it will be a real platform for trade exchanges between professionals from Chinese and international two-wheeler industries."

Shanghai International Exhibition Co., Ltd. (SIEC) is jointly owned by Shanghai World Expo (Group) Co., Ltd. and the Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Shanghai.
