Just ten days left to sign up to Fisher’s house show

It’s the final countdown for Expo 2011

Time to register for Fisher Outdoor Leisure’s Sopwell House, St Albans-set Expo 2011 is running out.

Now just ten days away – running from February 20th-22nd – the show will see the latest from Fisher’s brand portfolio, including the Bluegrass gravity protection range.

SRAM president Stan Day will be on hand to speak with attending dealers, and the show will include a packed seminar programme. That will include overviews of key brands Zipp, SRAM, Tacx and Santini and an introduction to the new SRAM tech centre.

Fisher CEO Richard Allmark will provide his thoughts on the cycle trade in ‘Bicycles – A Changing Industry’ and Cyclescheme’s Roger Osborn will be on hand to discuss how the scheme links with bike retailers’ businesses. Cycle Systems Academy’s Sean Lally will present ‘Funded Training Opportunities and Apprenticeships for the Cycle Trade’ and Look will run Keo Fit training sessions, for which dealers should bring along their shoes for a possible free fitting.

Dealers will be able to sign up for Fisher’s brand new B2B site at the show, and energetic retailers will be able to take part in the Stay Strong charity ride, for which there are still places available. The 12 or 30-mile route through the Herts countryside will see Steve Peat, Danny Hart, Wendy Houvenaghel and the Look-equipped Endura Racing team take part. Every rider will receive a custom Stay Strong Santini jersey re-designed for 2011 and long sleeve Stay Strong jackets will be available for purchase for the first time.

“With Expo 2011 now fast approaching, the whole team at Fisher is excited at the prospect of another great show,” commented Fisher’s head of marketing Julie Dommett.

“The seminar programme offers something of interest to everyone and we have put together some fantastic show offers and exclusives that really are too good to be missed. Please make sure you register today and we all look forward to seeing you in ten days time in St Albans.”
