Manufacturer features on 'Beat the Boss' on BBC this Tuesday

Raleigh takes on the Boss

Raleigh has taken part in an episode of BBC’s Beat the Boss TV programme, to be screened tomorrow.

Raleigh directors and managers Mark Gouldthorp, Adrian Finnis, Jane Tompkinson and Geoff Giddings saw pitches from two teams tasked with creating a new bicycle concept.

Both teams – one made up of children and the other of adult business men and women – competed in the programme with the help of Raleigh designers and engineers and saw their concepts brought to life with the help of graphic designer Sophie Bradley.

The designs were then pitched to a group of school children who voted on the winner.

Beat the Boss will be broadcast on Tuesday August 25th on BBC1 at 16.35.
