Raleigh unveils site modifications

Raleigh is celebrating the opening of a new-look showroom, P&A experience centre and modifications to the existing distribution centre.

As a result of its on-going commitment to improved customer service, the brand has invested massively in brand-new additions and upgrades to its existing premises to put greater focus on interacting with dealers.

The new facilities feature a state-of-the-art bike showroom displaying both electric and non-electric bicycles from leading brands such as Raleigh, Diamondback, Haibike, Lapierre and Salsa – along with a fully interactive P&A experience centre.

The experience centre plays host to a fully fitted bike café, which will act as the central meeting point for guests visiting the site within the initial two months of 2017. The centre also features an array of interactive elements such as a dark room, lock cutting, lock building, time trials and rides at the onsite Velopark.

All of Raleigh’s new brand acquisitions will feature, with new products taking centre stage for dealers to view. New collections include additions from Raleigh Electric, kids performance bikes, Haibike’s carbon range and Diamondback E-mountain bikes and BMXs.

“2017 is going to be a key year for us as a business. We’re now putting months of planning into action and the links are finally connecting to ensure a best in class service for our dealers,” said Pippa Wibberley, sales and marketing director.
