During 2007, Reynolds announced a new program in the US to offer consumers and retailers repair or replacement on all Reynolds wheels. Due to the success of the program in the US, the scheme is now being rolled out worldwide.
Enrolment to the scheme costs $200 per set of wheels. Once enrolled in the program (available only to authorized Reynolds dealers) wheels are covered for a three-year period and will be repaired or replaced should any breakages occur (as long as the wheels were being used in their intended fashion). Enrolment must be completed within 15 days of the purchase and the scheme applies to any set of 2008 wheels.
