Bont has appointed Saddleback the exclusive trade supplier to the UK, with stock ready for order now.
The footwear brand has become famous within the professional peloton, being the shoe of choice for National Road Race Champion Bradley Wiggins, World Champion Thor Hushovd and 2011 Paris-Roubaix winner Johan Van Summeren.
Andy Wigmore, managing director of Saddleback said: “It’s no secret that with the success of our Castelli clothing business that we have been looking to add a complimentary top end shoe brand for quite some time. Over the last few years we have been speaking to a number of recognised brands but none of them really fitted the profile that we wanted until we started to talk with Bont. From the beginning it was obvious that they had real passion for continually developing their product and enhancing the brand and this will make them a great fit for Saddleback.”
