The R&D partnership ends at the end of October. The two companies are "looking for new challenges," says Peter Denk.
Denk was responsible for many of Scott’s cutting-edge products and innovations over the past 12 years, including this year’s Strike and Spark carbon-fibre lightweights.
"We would like to thank Scott for the great time and the tremendous support," says Denk.
At the Autumn trade shows Scott will release three new "exciting projects" designed by Denk Engineering GmbH, including a new MTB called the Gambler, perfect for Interbike Las Vegas.
