Scott Montgomery was asked to step down from his management role due to what a Lifeboat Events press statement said were "creative differences". This follows the recent hiring of Robert Roman as the company’s sales manager.
Montgomery joined Lifeboat Events full-time in January 2011. Prior to joining Lifeboat, Montgomery was general manager at Scott Sports SA and prior to that he was an executive for Cannondale, a company founded by his father.
