He and the ACT back the new, combined show format:
"Having campaigned on behalf of IBDs for a co-ordinated show programme for 2003 – after the in fighting of the past few years – we now strongly advise that all IBDs diarise attendance.
"We now have the industry pulling together again and such shows exist to service the IBD sector. We urge all IBDs to make every effort to attend. After all, the costs are part of the margin suppliers invest in selling to our members. Limited support will only lead to renewed fragmentation in the future."
