"We will continue the full range of frames, parts and accessories that have already been available here in the UK, but are looking to increase the line of 2003 complete bikes with new entry and expert level bikes, and a few specification upgrades on existing models," said Andy Bishop of Split Second.
"We are working closely with Eastern to make sure we have the right bikes at the right price for the UK market."
The first shipments of 2003 product will be in late October.
Split Second’s existing brands include Ruption, Huffy and Dragonfly.
