Tim Flooks was formerely the RockShox race technician for Europe and had worked for the US company for seven years.
His new business will specialise in servicing RockShox, Fox Racing Shox and Progressive Suspension.
He’s promising a 48-hour turnaround on all suspension units and will handle all the work personally.
Older RockShox products (1998 and earlier) are his speciality, he said.
As well as servicing he will be selling Progressive Suspension’s 5th Element rear shock unit.
