Rutland cycling announce MTB demo day

Rutland Cycling has announced that 2016 will see the return of the Mountain Bike Demo Day, which will take place on Sunday November 6th.

The annual event will build on the success of the 2015 edition and will once again be open to the public at Wakerely Woods, Northants.

This will be the first chance to ride the full 2017 demo fleets from a sizeable selection of established bicycle brands such as Scott, Giant, Cube and Specialized. Rutland Cycling has also commented that the range of demo bikes will also include both e-bikes and fat bikes.

Specialists from the above firms, and experts from other brands such as Oakley, Sealskinz, Marin and Gore will also be in attendance to meet and talk to attendees about the latest mountain bike tech to hit the market, and the emerging 2017 range of bikes and accessories.

Alex Woollen, senior category manager, commented: “The demo day fantastic opportunity to try 2017 demo fleets from the world’s best bike brands under one roof (trees!).”

Tickets for the event will cost £10 as well as a small admin fee, and all funds, minus the admin fee, will be returned upon exit.
