The Santa Cruz HighBall 29er has surfaced on the web this morning and is now confirmed to be in production.
Weighing in at 2.45 pounds, the carbon hardtail frame carries a tried and tested threaded bottom bracket, tapered headtube and short chainstays (17.3")
The pictured build comes in at 21 pounds and is said to be built fully race ready and available in both Matte Carbon or Gloss Carbon/Red.
Other features include a molded dropout and disc tab using a proprietary one-piece layup technique. You’ll also be able to see from the picture a slight curve in the seattube, enabling the rear wheel to be slammed right in there, all while giving plenty of straight tube for seat post insertion.
