Manufacturer plans to launch ‘APS’ at Eurobike

Saracen set to unveil new sub brand

Saracen Cycles will launch a high-end, sub-brand named Advanced Performance Series (APS for short) at Eurobike. The bikes have been designed with the committed rider in mind. The range includes a 29-er, a medium travel freeride bike, race equip hard tails and pro-level road rigs. Each bike comes decked out with a respectable component setup.

The three race-ready XC range consists of the Kili, Kiliflyer and the Kili 9er. The range begins at £750 and spans up to £2,000. Aluminium and carbon frames hold together a range of components.

The full suspension offerings range from £750 to £1,500 in price and consist of components from Hayes, suspension from Rock Shox as well as some fox products.

Additionally, the APS road range has two carbon road bikes, the ‘Galiber’ available at £2,000 and the ‘Tourmalet’ at £1,200.

Designer, Justin Stevenson, said: "We have chosen components from world leaders such as Fox, SDG, Shimano, Rock Shox and Hayes. There has been no comprimise in either the design or the ‘speccing’ of these bikes."
