Have you signed call to halt Government sell off of our woodland?

Save Our Forests petition pushing on toward 200,000

The Save Our Forests petiton, created by campaign group 38 Degrees, has bounded past 150,000 signatures and is still going strong.

In response to Government proposals to sell off woodland to raise cash, the petition calls for the protection and conservation of the nation’s woodland. It is now hoped 200,000 signatures can be gathered before the submission deadline.

National treasures like the The Forest of Dean, Sherwood Forest and The New Forest could be sold off if the plans were to go ahead.
