Seventies suffers fire

Seventies Distribution has told BikeBiz of a "quite serious" fire in a unit of its distribution complex – luckily only containing an indoor skatepark.

MD Stuart Dawkins told BikeBiz: "This unit was used for Seventies staff, team riders and friends to ride and was the location for many of our web videos. Luckily smoke alarms notified the fire brigade before the fire spread to the main building so it’s business as usual and we’re still shipping 2011 bikes."
