Silca has appointed Saddleback its exclusive UK distribution partner, with stock available to retail now.
Fresh from its Intebike ‘Best in Show’ gong, presented in recognition of the SuperPista Ultimate precision pump, Josh Poertner, head of Silca told BikeBiz: “We couldn’t be more excited to partner with Saddleback in re-launching SILCA in the UK market. Saddleback’s focus on premium enthusiast brands is the perfect fit for us. We’ve had substantial customer interest in the UK and we’re so excited to have Saddleback on board to fill those rider’s needs.”
2014 marked the start of a new era for Silca. Earlier this year the label moved to Indianapolis, Indiana, which is a hotbed of motorsports, biomedical, and aerospace manufacturing. The label is also under new ownership and has outlined its plans to develop its modern design and manufacturing processes, while retaining with the hand-craftsmanship that the brand is known for.
